Our developer said that there was no support, is that correct?

This involves using https as protocol in:

  • retrieving JDF or PDF using URL (especially PDF for security reasons)
  • Subscriptions using https
  • ReturnURL and ReturnJMF in SQE

The network support was provided by Agfa (wink)

HTTPS classes are defined in the packages:

      src\jdf\net

      and potentially enhanced in

      src\jdf\net\Platforms

For testing, you can use any official https site like google etc and use a get command. Then check the response.

Developer now lives in Chili, bit far away (sad) and our first tests failed.

How can we test this? Can we use Alces or JDFEditor http server for this (assume complex with certificates etc.)
